Shipping Policy

The delivery period is counted on working days, that is, it does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Business day for delivery:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00.

Delivery Region: We ship to mainland Portugal and Islands and also to the entire European Union.

Delivery times for products vary by region. It will be informed at the time of purchase and also depends on your payment approval. After payment is confirmed, your order takes between 2 (two) to 10 (ten) working days to be prepared, after this period, the Correios' deadline is added.

The period for carrying out the exchange depends on the availability of the product in stock. We will inform you by email or phone.


The consumer has a reflection period of 7 (seven) calendar days, from the date of receipt of the product, to withdraw. The deadline starts from the day immediately after contracting or receiving the product. Counting is not interrupted on weekends or holidays. We do not accept returns or exchange custom products.


In case of any kind of delay, please contact us so that we can trigger those responsible for deliveries. After 30 (thirty) days from the date of submission, it is not possible to register the claim.
